Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and IndexedDB, work the same way. This policy covers all of them and calls them cookies. The controller is Enigma Fund Management Kft. (2045 Törökbálint, Balassi Bálint utca 23. Building O. These are needed for the site and the app to work: to keep you signed in, to remember your cookie choice and settings you make, and to let pages load properly. They are not used to track you or for advertising. • Sign-in session: Keeps you signed in. Stored as: indices_data_v4, fear_greed_data_v1 · Set by: MetisOne · Kept: Replaced every visit Strictly necessary cookies don't need your consent (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC; in Hungary, Section 155(4) of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications), so they can't be switched off on the site. You can delete them in your browser, but you will then be signed out and your settings reset.

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you allow it. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they use and where they leave, so we can improve the site. • Google Analytics: Counts visits and shows which pages are used, so we can improve the site. Stored as: _ga, _ga_G40MZ54LJC · Set by: Google Ireland Ltd · Kept: 2 years • Advertising features and Google signals are turned off, and no data is used for advertising. • Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. • If you are signed in, we send Google a pseudonymous account ID (not your name or email) so visits from your devices are counted once, and your plan and account status. • Processor: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. • Google keeps the analytics data for the period set in our account, at most 14 months. • Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

On your first visit we ask before using any analytics cookie. "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all", and the site works the same either way. Your choice is stored on your device for six months; after that, or if we add a new kind of optional cookie, we ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button at the top of this page or "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing doesn't affect what happened before it. When you withdraw, we stop analytics and delete its cookies from your browser. To be able to show that consent was given (Article 7(1) GDPR), we keep an anonymous record of each choice: a random ID, your choice, the version of this policy and the time. It contains no IP address and isn't linked to your account, and it is deleted after three years. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

• Payments are made on Stripe's own pages, which set their own cookies under Stripe's cookie policy. • Signing in with Google opens Google's sign-in window, under Google's privacy policy. • Fonts and the videos on our public pages are served from our own servers. Inside the app, company logos are loaded from our market data providers' image servers.

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. If we add an optional cookie, we ask for your consent again.
